I don't know if I can make it that day or not. I already promised to help my husband at his club in Saratoga but that is suppose to be late mornning. If it doesn't run long I can still try to make it up for the meeting and lunch or dinner.

Perhaps we can schedule this, so that the members that are out at school can make it also? Been chatting with Maxie on DA and she would like to go, but isn't sure of the dates that she's going to be back from school.

Hrm, it's a good idea, but wouldn't they get out closer to mid/late-Dec?

Anything around thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years usually isn't a good idea. I know alot of us visit family and whatnot. If we did it weekends away from the holidays then that shouldn't be a problem. Plus we don't need to schedule it for everyone, there's bound to be people who can't go sometimes and that's ok. If we try to schedule around everyone's schedule, we'll never get anywhere. Plus smaller groups are easier to maintain. ^_^
