UNYCosplay

We need volunteers for Albany Comic Con on October 24 for the following duties:

• Help with admission (Take money/stamp hands/greet)
  
• Help with the info table (Direct con-goers, answer questions, take sign ups for the costume contest)
  Help with the UNY table (Answer questions about the club, promote the Halloween event, take pre-reg for the Halloween event)
  
• Escorting Guests to their tables
  

You would need to be at the con around 9:30am. You will most likely be there until 4:30-5pm. Volunteers will have free admission and will have time to eat and shop. I also believe that John will have badges and some little thank you goodies.

I ask that if you may need to leave early, come late, may not have a ride, or anything else that may interfere, please don't volunteer. We WILL need you from 9:30am until 4:30pm.

I already told Jen I was going to run the UNY table. I don't really need anyone else either, I can do it alone.

(Wo)man power will be helpful for the admission table!

I should be able to help out with the admission table, but I won't know for sure until tomorrow. I'll let you guys know ASAP!

Haha yeah, I know, I just wanted to make sure first.
But yes, I am officially able to help out with the admission table!

Any possibility of taking on people for half-day shifts if you have enough? I can't stay the whole day.

So far there are only 4 of us and we would most likely need you all day. Ideally we would want two people at any given table so that if someone needs to get something to eat/drink or needs to use the restroom they can without leaving the table unmanned.

Per Jen, she said that any help is appreciated. Jen said Kathy, if you can help out a half a day, she'd be glad to have your help!!!
