if its not already planned i think we should round up all the mebers for one big photo and have a sign up for the group and maybe get some advertising done that way
That's a great idea! We should probably plan it for Saturday as we'll probably have more members present on that day.

I'm up for the cosplay club group shot, but I'm not sure what you mean by needing a sign to advertise it.
for the sign i mean a big banner saying UNYCosplay
and after we take that phot and stuff we can make like posters using that picture or something
Having the sign will be nice for the photo -- Since we'll hold the sign up in the shot.

I wonder if we can do this directly after the Masqerade in DCC308? That way, most people should already be in costume!
If we're doing this at the con, you'll have to let me know, I'll be running my artist table all weekend and I don't wanna miss out. ^_^
another idea along with that is like pictures of small groups of people. like the officers and people who run events for the group.
Yeah, no reason we can't do a few quick shots after events we help run or coordinate.
