Sure, we'll have to think of a new location. It's going to be a planning-intensive meeting.
The next meeting will be 10/24, from 3-4pm.
We will meet at the large fish tank on the 2nd floor of the RPI Union.
The focus will be Halloween Bash planning.
The Nov meeting will be 11/14, from 3-4:30pm.
We will meet at the Troy library, our default location.
We will turn our focus to involvement with Genericon planning as well as Maid Cafe.
Also, the December meeting will be on 12/12, 3-5pm.
Damn.. smack dab in the middle... Well I guess I'll hafta reschedule...
So I found out today that since I got promoted at work, I'm not going to be able to make it to the meeting. I'm reeeeeeeaally hoping that this isn't a permenant thing, but I'm worried that it might be so.
Since I can't make it, I'm going to have to write up everything I was going to present at the meeting and post it here in the next day or so, so it's around in time for the meeting. I've got information about the Cosplay Chess I'd like to get set up, as well as a couple of other things I'll probably just put into another thread so I don't clog up this one.
Nikki: If enough officers can't make it (2 or more >.>), we should reschedule. That is a preliminary date set up, so we make sure we have a reserved library time.
Alex: That's great! Yes, we should be discussing on the forum while things are going on. Basically, when we get to the meeting, in my mind, everyone should pretty much know what's going to be discussed. So in that regard, the forums are truely a blessing, since it will help us plan via the net on any (more like many hehe) given day. If we really need a lifeline, I can call you (I'm not sure how much good that would do me, if you're at work but...).
No it's fine, I've just been trying to set up a date for me and Jen to go to NYC to visit cousins.
