The 1st weekend of December would be smart, as the other weekends after that probably wouldn't work.

Um... Well considering the first weekend is actually NEXT weekend, that might be too short notice for everyone. Plus we JUST had a meeting 2 weekends ago. I am hoping Kathy will pop up soon, since she knows the library scheduling better. At this point if we do have a meeting this month, it should probably be the 11th or 18th of December.

Just letting you know that I am not available either of those weekends if I would need to run the meeting.

Stacy, I don't see why you would have to run a meeting, since Jen is here. But I know Jen said she wants to try and have all officers present if possible at the next meetings.
However I just realized we may not be around on 12/11. So unless we can hold a meeting on the 18th (sat) at the library, then we may have to shoot for a sunday or something else at someone's house. Jen wants to squeeze in two meetings and a workshop day before Genericon. That leaves January/early Feb open, (however me and Jen will be leaving for a weeks vacation at the end of Jan into early Feb) but there's still limited time even then. So it's probably good to try and just do a small meeting in Dec and Jan and then have a workshop day in early/mid Jan. So if we could figure something out, it's probably a good idea to do it soon.

How about one big meeting & a workshop?

As for one big meeting and workshop, that's Jen's call. But is we have this one in dec and then one in Jan and then a big workshop day, it'll work out alright.
