August 8 is out, since the August meeting is that day.
29th is also out, that's the Japanese Festival Day. Looks like Sept it is.

Honestly, I don't see it as a good idea to do a late night event the night before volunteering the day after. Crap tho, I didn't know it was a sunday... What are the hours?
Okay, we decided on Sept 19 for the karaoke party. (***depending on church's answer***)
It will be at the church, directly following the Sept meeting.
Nothing was on the calendar so I added the event. I just have to notify the activities coordinator.
Oh right, we need to clear it with the church first!
